How to ask Carolyn Coger Roofing for a metal roof estimate, repair visit or storm inspection in Dallas, and what details help us answer faster.

We take estimate requests, repair calls and post-storm inspections across Dallas and the cities around it. Every estimate starts with someone on the roof, not a number guessed from a satellite photo.

What helps us answer quickly

When you get in touch, a few details save a round of back and forth:

  • The address, or at least the neighborhood and city.
  • What is on the roof now: shingles, metal, tile or flat roofing.
  • Whether this is a new roof, a replacement, a repair or storm damage.
  • For a leak, where the water shows up inside and when it started.
  • For hail or wind damage, the date of the storm and whether an insurance claim is already open.

A few photos from the ground are useful too. Please do not climb onto a metal roof to take them: wet or dusty panels are slippery, and that is our job.

What happens next

We confirm a time to look at the roof, inspect it, and send a written estimate that lists the panel profile, gauge, finish, underlayment and trim we propose, so you can compare it line by line with anyone else’s.

After a storm

If hail or high wind has just come through, expect a wait while we work through the calls in order. If water is coming in, say so first: active leaks get a temporary dry-in before anything else.
